Looks like a chandelier I might find at the (now operating under bankruptcy protection) Trump Taj Mahal.
As to the decline shown for &quot;Spending Over Time&quot;, it seems to be wishful thinking. It&#039;s very difficult to &quot;project&quot; these expenditures that far, in a steady state situation; in these turbulent times, it&#039;s just about impossible.

But that is a comment on the CBO estimates, not on the cartography, which is the issue here.]]></description>
